It took me way longer that I ever expected to get my panel together. I am finally ready to test it and realized I no longer know which wall wart goes to the controller. When i was building the panel, I was digging through old wall warts to find ones to power other things and they all ended up getting mixed together. Not my brightest move, but can anyone tell me What the output of the wall wart is supposed to be, and if the outside or the inside of the connector is negative . I am pretty sure I now which one it is, but I would rather not be wrong and burn something up.

The output is anywhere from 6-10v, positive center.
