DIN Enable CheckBox

Maybe a UI "fix" in the future:

The DIN Enable CheckBox if unchecked will still allow a DIN to be selected from a list in the DropDown ListBox. This is true for:
1. Edit Processes => State Exit Conditions
2. Ladder Logic
The DIN if unchecked will not function if it is selected.

One needs to be careful here. If you uncheck the Enable Checkbox for a DIN, do NOT select or try to use it. As far as I can see, there are no cautions to alert you. Just because you are able to select the un-enabled DIN does not mean it will work.

This is done in 4.0 for Dins, Temp probes, outs, etc.
