Ladder Logic Suggestions

1. Manual Mode overides Ladder Logic. Presently Manual Mode has no effect on Ladder Logic controlled coils.
2. All Stop overides Ladder Logic. Presently All Stop has no effect on Ladder Logic controlled coils.
3. Spawn/Kill Processes on State Change overides Ladder Logic. Presently Spawn/Kill Processes on State Change has no effect on Ladder Logic controlled "Process" coils.
4. Different look for the Coil Slot. Maybe Blue Box instead of looking like Contact boxes.
5. Clear all non-complete rungs on Apply.
6. Only allow Coils to be populated with "Coil Eligible" widgets.

#1 won't be an issue in 4.0
#2 All Stop will stop all running processes and turn off all outputs. If a process or output is triggered via a DIN in ladder logic, the LL will start it again immediately. This is by design.
#3 I don't really know what you mean by this. LL and Spawn/Kill are totally independent, if it's the same issue as #2, then it's by design.
#4 I'll think about this one, but I think the different look of the element once it's placed is probably sufficient.
#5 No more apply button in 4.0
#6 I guess it would make sense to not allow DINs in the coil slot. WINs are gone in 4.0 and everything else is "coil eligible".
