How damn hard is it to put a warning in the firmware upgrade section to let you know your recently modified config will be wiped the hell out??? really?????
Since day 1, any firmware upgrade clears the configuration. Always been that way. That is what backup/restore is for.

Automation is to reduce work and mistakes... Most everyone here can agree with that, right? I think most people on here go on with their lives and their brewing and can go 6-12 months or more between upgrades, and it is easy to forget in this world of upgrading your phone, your PC, etc.. that you need to save via an internet tool to upgrade...

Yes, you're right. Given how frequently most people upgrade an extra warning is probably a good idea.

When you have more than a single Radio Button in the Outputs Direct or a DIn in the Exit, only the bottom one displays nin the Process Editor. They work fine, but you cannot see what is chosen.

Can anyone give me their recommendations for tftp server software? I’ve been trying to upgrade using the free Solarwinds software but getting knowhere fast, the bcs just freezes and need a restart when trying to upgrade.

I tried Solarwinds (Windows) to no effect, and TFTP server on my MAC (but w/HighSierra couldn't get it to work).

I ended up using a spare Raspberry pi with TFTP server to update my BCS.

I've just discovered the same problem Oakbarn mentioned earlier.

Here's an animation:

I am seeing what appears to be missing images on the dial that is being used by a process. Two little boxes. Is that right?

What browser are you using? Those should be displaying up/down arrows for changing the setpoint.
