Will you need to have your 12 vdc ground、your ac ground, 24 vdc ground connect to a common BCS ground?

Mine arrived today. Powered it up with the power supply from BH and a network cable in my office to see if I can see the web interface (it's alive!). The bottom terminals are loose, but apparently that is ok, according to BH.

The frigid temps are creeping back in for the next several days, but I am hoping to find some time to put it in my control box (where my BCS-460 was) and wire up the temp probes and relays and give it a try.

Not really sure what you mean by this. There is nothing "loose" on the units - all 40 terminals are one large connector soldered onto the circuit board. Just push the terminal strip in real snug - that's probably all it is.

The bottom terminals do not have a snug fit to them no matter how much you push them in. They come out easily. The top terminals are very snug and do not move.

Somethings up with the faceplate. It doesn't look like it is tightened up so it is against the enclosure. Looks like a gap there. The ethernet jack should be near flush with the front of the faceplate and I can see that it is sitting back. Unplug all 4 terminal strips and see if you can adjust the faceplate.

I'll give that a try this weekend. The photo was taken after taking it out of the USPS box.
