Ok so this has been a huge project. A whole garage conversion. Jon asked me to post some pics and hear they are. I'll take a couple more pics tomorrow once I have the taps in the fridge door!! Every thing was built by me or I had it built like the 304 SS stand. The primary/conditioning room was built by me with some help from family. I ran water to the garage via copper pipe which goes into a Big Blue 20 filter for brewing. Oh my ROOM as I call it will be controlled by the BCS as well and as soon as I can I will wire in thermometer's to each primary for keeping track of what the temps are through out fermentation. I will also be building a box to keep for kegs at serving temp/Laugering/cold conditioning etc...That's down the road though.
Any questions!

Go big or go home, right? That's looking great! I work in Torrance, I'd love to come check it out some time.

What's the green pump on the water connection for?

For my wort chiller,
I put a y adapter on the garden hose outlet so one hose comes from the faucet. I'll take a pic. today. The cooler is filled with ice water and both the garden hose and cooler are connected to a signal line going into the green pump. The green pump will pump the ice water to the wort chiller. I don't need to turn the pump on with the garden hose cause the pressure goes right through the pump. So use the tap water to chill to 120-100degish then turn on the pump and pump ice water through the chiller to bring it down to 70deg. Of coarse on my first batch last weekend my whole hops plugged up the pickup tub and shut down the BK pump and I had to chill the wort with the old copper coil....40 min to 70deg. ouch!! My trial batch I did 2 gallons more in 15min through the chiller.
And yes this is a bit more then just home brew. Its a trial idea. :)
