Thermo Test page

Post by thb »

Hi ! Newbie here! Thorshaug Bryggeri/Brewery - Norway
I can´t find the Thermo Test page in the BCS 462 v4.0 ?
The sensors from brewershardware for the BCS displays appro.x 2 C less than our backup analog and digital handheld sensors.
The BCS 462 v4.0 came with : A: 0.0011371549, B: 0.0002325949, C: 9.540002999e-8
on the attached document new values were listed ,but those gave more than 10C wrong in our system.

If you're looking for a coefficient calculator, there is a link in the second post of this thread: http://forum.embeddedcc.com/viewtopic.p ... 666&p=9462

If you have probes from Brewers Hardware, then the base coefficients should be close, but if you have the original probes from ECC, then they will be considerably off.

Use a calculator to get your thermistor coefficients correct. Once they are dialed in, they should be very accurate. You need the published temp / resistance pairs. I like:
