Need some help with 12v relays to pwer my pump and alarm (both are 12v from my previous system so I would like to reuse them.) I purchased the sainsmart 2ch relay http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0057O ... ge_o02_s00 and it seems to not be right since it for one is 5v and I have a 12v power supply going in the panel, and second it seems to trigger the relay when power is taken away from the contact. I followed the link in the wiki, but the link is basically dead. Can someone one point me to the correct relay board so I can get the right one ordered?

Yes, that relay would work fine. 12V relay coil with 5V input trigger.
