Replacement terminal connectors

Post by bighefty »

Does anyone know if there is a place I can get a spare or replacement of the green removable terminal connectors?

I got em from newark, looking back at an email order from 2011, I think the part number was 59R8825 (Manufacturer Part No: 20020008-C101B01LF)

I also bought 59R8951 (Manufacturer Part No: 20020327-C101B01LF ), I think that 2nd part number was to plug them into a 'cheater board' if the BCS ever failed and I wanted to go manual..

edit: searching this forum, I threw that same 59R8825 part number out in 2013 ;-)

I got them in 2011 for $3.54 apiece, but newark looks to have a 600pc minimum now but only $2.08 each!...

Thanks Clearwater.... I just went ahead and unwired one of them so I could do my offline testing. One of my other buddies said they were probably Phoenix Contact parts. I did some web searching and found some similar. No doubt I could probably find something that would work if I put more effort into it. Was just thinking ahead to if I needed to do some offline testing again. No biggie.

Thanks again for your reply!

Here is the phoenix part number for the ones with the correct wire orientation: MC 1,5/10-ST-3,5 $5 each...

http://www.newark.com/phoenix-contact/m ... dp/14J3290

seems like a no-brainer for BH or whoever to buy 500 @ $2 each and sell them as a $4 each option to those buying a new BCS...
