oakbarn,

Thanks again for your assistance with my problem. Which started with my attempting to provide power to the Mechanical Relays in my system from the 462.
Mistaken belief, if I used SSR Boards that problem would go away. Not so, SSR leakage as JonW suggests created another problem, especially with DC voltage.
oakbarn - As you can see from the image attached to this post, standard light sockets would not work on my panel.

Problem solved by reinstalling Mechanical relays, getting 5vdc from buck converter getting 12 vdc from a power supply with the output from the buck converter set to 5.5 vdc.

Shipped SSR Boards back to the supplier and I have my refund already.

Images attached show the installed SSR Boards, the reinstallation of the Mechanical Relay Boards, the Control Panel cover with all 13 valves open as indicated by LED's and the Cover panel with all valves closed.

We have a major competition coming up on July 8th and 9th, so I will be spending the next three days brewing. I intend to brew five different beers, which will give me ten beers to enter in the Indiana State Fair's Brewer's Cup. Of course I not going to be brewing these competition beers on a new system.

The duplicate image in my last post was suppose to be one of the Control Panel cover, without the LEDs lite.
It is hard to make out the piping diagram in the previous panel cover witrh the LEDs lite.
