Look at your BCS power supply - it shows the voltage. 6V!

Do NOT use a 12V supply into the BCS!
I don't know why this was so hard to find on your site. You should clarify this on your product description page, "https://www.embeddedcc.com/products.html"

I couldn't tell if you meant, there is a AC/DC transformer in the BCS or if you were including a normal wall wort. You also didn't say the supply voltage. Which is pretty important. When searching your site for "power supply" there were more than a few posts of people saying that the BCS takes 12VDC. (though, I trust the running the show more than anything)

I am thinking about making new brew system utilizing the BCS, as it seems to do everything I want. I don't like the idea of having a plug inside my panel, so I will probably go with a terminal based PSU, which I'd need the supply voltage to spec out.

It's really disappointing not have apropriate information about power imput and conection at the BCS. I think it should be also on website.
Imagine if we lost de power supply...like I've just did yesterday!
So please, could you inform

Voltage
Current
Plug specification

I going to look for another one.

Cheers!

This would take 'dumb poe' 48vDC and make 1A 6VDC... http://www.ebay.com/itm/DC-DC-12V-24V-3 ... 1342868387
