40 amp or 25 amp relays?

What are the 40 amp relays needed for?

I plan on using the bcs for asco valves, march pumps and fermentation.

The 40 amp relays are used mainly for high current electric loads, like RIMS heaters, etc.. All of the loads that you listed are in the 1-4 amps range, so 25 amp relays will work great.
