Common Neutral Buss for low voltage and 120V?

Post by finess »

I'm working on my wiring for the control panel and was wondering if it's OK to use the same neutral buss for 120V and 24VAC?? Can I run a Marsh pump and ground it to the same Buss as a 24VAC valve??

Also, when I wire the SSR from the BCS-462 (low side 5VDC) does the neg side of the SSR go back to the BCS controller or to the neutral Buss?

Usually you want to keep the neutral and ground busses separate. Definitely keep the SSR control separate.

For the 24vac, I would keep the neutrals separate. Maybe others have some suggestions on this.
