Last piece of the puzzle...temp probe connections?!

So last night I am putting the finishing touches on my RIMS tube and electrical enclosure, so that I can start to configure my BSC unit and I go to connect the temp probe I picked up through Brewer's Hardware to accompany his RIMS tube...and there are 5 strands in the wire. Okay, so none are color coded the way I would expect them either...so feeling like an idiot trying to google which colors might go to temp input & which to the ground and I can't figure it out. Anybody help me here? I would appreciate it.
