Problems with ebay 12v Relay Board

I have two of these boards in my rig and run 12v, 24v, and 120v through them for various automation with no issues at all. They're good relay boards. Could you get the indicator light on the relays working? If not, check the wiring from the BCS.

I have seen where if the screw is not backed all the way out when you insert the wire, you could insert the wire outside the clamping area of the relay board connector...
