small bus bar?

Post by clearwaterbrewer »

I want a small bus bar for GND and +5VDC connections, the smallest thing I can find are the ones Radio Shack carries or http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/st ... ctId=17421 from West Marine.

What I would like is something very similar to the 10-pin connectors that the BCS uses, but as a bus, not a connector...

This is fairly close.. similar format to BCS, it is what the 5vdc relay boards have for input... just solder several or all terminals together, insulate, and use for common and +5VDC so that I do not have 5 wires in each of the GND terminals of the BCS.. terminals rated for 10 Amps

Here is the part with 10 pins I am going to order if I do not find something better

(looking at larger size for 120V and Neutral distribution, I have some 24-pin 5.00mm spacing 90 degree plugs and vertical headers that look to be at least double the beef of the 10 amp ones, but cannot find a match anywhere)

Here's a few more options to look at: http://www.futurlec.com/ConnTerm.shtml
I've ordered a few things from these guys and they're pretty quick (and cheap).
