Hi-temp sensors??

I am looking albeit not well for some high temp sensors for the BCS.. can anyone throw me a bone!

When you say "Hi-temp" what temperatures are you referring to?

The ITP-x10K probes are rated with an operating temperature of -40°C to 125°C, or a max of ~250°F. I believe Bryan is trying to use the BCS for his smoker (we've talked) :)

Here's one that is a little higher, (-112 to 302°F)

If you want to build your own probe, here's one that's good upto 300°C (570°F)
