Bruehol Brewing Fermentation control

Post by BREWMASON »

These are the new fermentation controls for our 10bbl dual jacket fermenters. We are upgrading our chiller and glycol loop at the moment. Adding PID's. These actuators paired with Belimo B223 10GPM valves are incredible.

We are a brewery in planning. We will have direct fire so we won't need any brewhouse control, just cellar controll. Can you point me in a direction on setting the bcs up for controlling fermentation using a glycol line chiller? I saw your video with the 3bbl setup and that is exactly what I want to do but I don't know where to start.

Thanks,
Jason

Just PM'd you. I have construction pictures of the glycol loop but the BCS-460 COntrol panel is in the process of an upgrade. I used some switchtails before and now its time to add a touch screen, mini computer and din rail components.
