Hops Direct

Post by gbrewer »

I've been keeping a close eye on the area hop farms and it's fresh hop season. If you are interested in fresh hops, hopsdirect.com now has most of their 2011 leaf hops available. This is an inexpensive way to purchase hops by the pound. I am not associated with this business but have purchased from them for the last few years and they have made me a happy (or hoppy) customer.

I'm interested to hear if anyone has feedback on some of the new varieties.

Comet, Glacier, Legacy, Newport, Serebrianka, and Ultra to name a few

Give it a few days I just got my confirmation this morning of shipment and I also ordered on Monday. Their pellets just went up monday and there was a mad rush on citra and amarillo. So they are probably just working through the all the orders.
