Temperature probe length

Temperature probe length

I am looking at getting my temperature probes from Brewers Hardware and I was wonder what size folks have used in conjunction with the compression fittings when placing the probe into a stainless T?

Depending on the length of the T 2-4" are all you need. So get the 4 or 6" probes.
