Can't update Process or State names

I can't seem to update Process or State names. I'm running 3.7. Using Firefox. I've tried simply changing the names in edit mode and pressing apply. I tried going into settings and saving off the process config file, editting it, then resaving it. Neither work. The very next time I hit the Main screen. The names are gone and back to default names. Any ideas ??

Check that you are using the "Update" password and not the "Observer" password. The username is the same for both of them (Admin), but the observer password makes the system read only.
