Cannot connect

Post by peter_w_shannon »

I have recently aquired a BCS-460. I cannot connect to it. I have found the IP address (i think) and when I type it into windows explorer the HTTP 404 message comes up. Any advise?

Go to the Wiki and read up on how to do a reset. It likely has an IP address set that you can't access.

If you still can't access it after following the info in the Wiki, then provide more information about how you are trying to access it. How did you find the IP address you describe? What is the IP of your computer? Are you plugged into a router or direct connect?

How did you get the IP address? Did you try the BCS Finder application that's available on the wiki?

Thanks guys.

Got it sorted now. Went in through the router and have forced the IP addres in the DHCP. All good now.
