I'm sure this has been asked, but what kind of brackets have been used for mounting the BCS-462?
Further more why is there a whole drilled in the side of it?
I looked, but did not see any thing in wiki that stood out for these questions and didn't see any thing pop up on the mounting of it.

The hole is where the reset button is.
Did your unit not come with the mounting tabs that slide in the side rails?

No mounting brackets, just the AC adapter.

It used to be that the 460 didn't come with brackets, but the 462 did. Contact BrewersHardware about the brackets.
