I'd like more Temp inputs

I see that the expansion card allows more discreet inputs, but how about more temperature inputs? 4 is adequate, but to really pimp my system I'd like a few more. An chance for an upgrade of that sort?

Interesting... Where would you utilize more temperature probes?

Right now I use four: HLT, Grant, Heat Exchanger output, Mash. I'd really like to keep a better eye on my HERMS chamber temp (a plastic cooler), sample more than one place in the mash (bottom now, but I'd add one for the liquor above the bed or top of bed), and maybe even put one in each of my two boil kettles to help me when approaching boil and maybe even when chilling. Come to think of it the outlet of my cold-side heat exchanger could use one too. I'm not that interested in using them for control (though that ability would be a bonus), but mainly for monitoring temperatures. Even with the BCS running things I still need to use a couple of handheld thermometers, and I'd like to get away from that if I could.
