Has anybody used the data log to graph there temps after a brew (outside of the BCS), and if so what is the best software for automating the proccess of graphing it.

Bump for an answer to this as well.

Some detail on the data log capacity would also be helpful. For instance if I want to collect data how much can it store for four temp probes with respect to length of time, or is that dependent upon the sampling frequency? Does it change with the number of temp probes you are logging?
If I pick 5 minute sampling, how long will the BCS 460 collect data in hours, before overwriting itself using all four probes? Seems like its ballpark 19 hours??

Would be nice to see a nifty table of the sample frequency vs time.

I think that the cvs file output lets you use any spreadsheet to display a graph. What I don't know is how to get that file onto your PC to do this.

I'll try to get an answer for this. The new 4.0 will have published sample frequency as it was all redone from scratch.
