help needed

Post by gyropilot1 »

I have configure my 12 resistor,4 pumps bcs462. I have test it one function at a time. around 8 month ago I noticed a lot of induce ac noise in my ssr, so I change all ssr to the crydom h12wd4850. this is a 50 amp with a snubber circuit. I noticed that the notice drop to almost zero. now the issue is that the first unit the 5vdc and the output stop working. dont know why. I got it replace with a 300% service satisfaction. Still would like to know what happen. today I turn the unit again to continued programing and testing. The unit has not been is full usage yet . . I have attached a block diagram of the wiring, to see if any one see something improper. the unit still connect to the dsl and I can program it, but no output.

I already bought a new one but need to know what is going on.

it seems we dont have electrical advisors in the forum. Bottom line I found the problem and it was a cross conection from the common to chasis. also the box needed to be ground to source chassis
