Re: Introduction
Where is the reset button on the BCS? Nothing is identified as such.
Re: Introduction
Most people are able to connect the BCS to their network and use it right out of the box. However, you are certainly not the only one to have problems accessing their BCS. Searching this forum you'll find plenty of examples. In this case, it sounds like the way the BCS was configured for your old network is not compatible with the new network. Resetting to defaults would quite possibly solve the problem.
The reset button is located through a small hole on the side of the case. You'll need to use a toothpick or similar item to push the button, you should feel it "click" when you get it.
You can try following these instructions up to the part where you're looking at the connected devices page:

Assuming you've connected the BCS with an ethernet cable directly to the router you will see it listed there if the BCS is using DHCP. You'll have to match the MAC address printed on the label on the BCS to this page. If it is not listed, your BCS is configured with a static IP address and is likely configured for a different network. You should perform the reset on the BCS so that it gets an address automatically from the router. Once you are able to connect to the BCS, I strongly suggest following the rest of the instructions in that guide to reserve an address for your BCS. That way you'll know it will always get the same address assigned to it by the router.

Re: Introduction
Are you running the original BCS 3.x firmware or was it updated to the 4.x beta at some point? If you're on 4.x, the finder utility from the Wiki won't work with it and you'll need the finder utility from the 4.x beta downloads.
If you are on the original 3.x series firmware, then clearing the config via the reset button is the way to go.
