I seem to have ordered the last available 2" X 1/2" NPT probe from E Brew Supply recently. Both brewers hardware and EBS are backordered and expected them at the beginning to middle of December. That didn't happen and now they're looking at end of January.
Are there any alternative suppliers for this size probe? The one I got seems to be of great quality and I'd be disappointed to get two more that don't match but I can't wait until end of January.
2" x 1/2" NPT probes; are there any other suppliers?

While they'e a little more expensive, I prefer using the 1/2" MPT x 1/4" tube compression fitting with a straight probe inserted.

No, I'm talking about using a separate compression fitting plus a temp probe.
Compression fitting: http://www.brewershardware.com/CF1412.html (that page has an example probe setup)
Temp Probe: http://www.brewershardware.com/4-Temper ... 4-M12.html
