BSC finder????????

HOW DO I down load the BCS finder, everything I try dose not work????

I just tested all the links and they're downloading fine.

How about a little more info from your end. What kind of computer are you on? What version are you trying to download? What download link are you using?

How are you trying to connect?
MAC or PC?
Router?
WiFi Access Point?
Direct? ( I have never been able to do that).
Do you know the Firmware Version of your BCS?
When was it purchased?

He said he's just trying to download the BCS finder app.
(Didn't say anything about using it).

Thank you, Im on an Asus computor windows 8, plugged into a network, the BCS is plugged into that network. The BCS-462 is three months old and New. I downloaded the BCS finder zip file. Im not sure if it is setup on the computor and YES, I need help running it to find my BCS

I know that the msi install on a Windows 10 machine does NOT put an ICON in the Start Menu or in the Sidebar to the left of the Start Menu, at least on mine. I am not sure if the ZIP file would regardless.
