Suggestion: Document the hard reset feature

Post by ktyacke » Sun May 13, 2018 5:25 pm

Hey everyone,
After running into some issues today with performing a hard reset on my BCS-462, I found that I couldn't find any resources that clearly outlined this process (what it does, how to do it, or how to find the darn reset button). I'd like to suggest you add this to the documentation as it can be very useful. Also, keep in mind that many people may have a BCS unit that is mounted in a case with very little access or view of the unit, thus making it very difficult to find/access the reset button. That said, it would be helpful to know exactly where it is, and you might also consider making it a bit easier to access on future models (something that would be readily accessible when mounted inside a case).
