That program hasn't been updated in 12 years!
TFTPD32 / TFTPD64 are actively developed.

The settings I mentioned are on the tftp client tab of tftpd64, ive looked under my resource moniter the listning ports list tftpd64.exe as on port 69 and has Allowed not restricted under the firewall settings, ive got the bcs connected to the router via a ether net cable and the bcs460.bin in the same folder as the tftpd64 file, ive set the ip of this lap top in the update firmware secton on the bcs, then started tftpd64, and got noting then I did the other way round and got nothing.
What else is there I can do ?
