Touch Screen Interface for BCS

Looking for recommendations for mountable interface for 50amp BCS control panel, outside of my laptop. Ideally, I would like to a reasonably sized touchscreen mounted near my control panel. Suggestions & evenly important, pictures welcome....

Any tablet or pc with a modern browser will work. A chrome tablet. Would be great. I use my iPhone 6s all the time I have a large screen tv hooked up with either an HDMI cable or a chrome cast. The tv is mounted too high to use a touch screen but I also have an old cheap 11 inch notebook I use to control the BCS
