When you power it on do you see the lights flash on the ethernet connection?

If you do: try another hard reset, hold down the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Assuming it comes back on and you can see it in BCS finder, try accessing the API: http://your.bcs.ip/api/debug and see what that returns.

Does your configuration normally use DHCP or a static IP assigned in the BCS?

I haven't seen this happen before, so I'm just going back to basics to try to figure out what might be causing this issue.

hard reset. Did not pull an IP address. My previous config was setup as static but with a reset it should revert back to DHCP. Lights flash on network port. IDK whats up

Are you running through any type of wireless bridge or is this directly plugged into your router?

Medic_Slim - There's something funky going on here with this unit. We'd like to swap it out with a new one for you so we can take a look at what is causing issues on this one. Please call Curtis at Brewers Hardware. He will issue a UPS call tag to pick yours up and he'll send you a new one.

Is the Zadig program supposed to list the BCS when I have my Windows Laptop hooked up to the BCS-482 using a USB cable?

I've tried 2 different USB cables, but the only devices that are listed for me are:
- Generic USB Hub
- Integrated Webcam
- Intel Wireless Bluetooth
- Intel Sensor Solution

What version of Windows are you on?
You can also try going to "Options" and select "List All Devices". The 482 should be displayed like below.

Thanks for confirming. I was using a Dell XPS 12 with Windows 10 Pro.

I have List All Devices checked.

I'll try using my docking station or another computer to see if I can get a different result.

Tried another computer that had Windows 10 on it. No BCS482 listed in the devices in Zadig.
