After contacting Brewers Hardware, we sourced the missing terminal block. I appreciate the advise to contact BH. Initially, BH advised they did not believe they had them, but after a short wait on the phone, I was happy to hear they did have the terminal block replacement.

Question- when we receive the missing terminal block, is it a simple plug n place? Do the terminal blocks simply pull out & plug back into the BCS-482?

Yes, the blocks are simple plug in. They're designed that way so you can remove the BCS without having to disconnect the wires individually.
