Thanks for taking the time giving me any extra insight. My head is spinning right now trying to get everything finished in seven weeks. Between learning the BCS and putting the final touches on my project is a bit overwhelming.

I redid my process programming last night. I'm currently set up using three processes.
Process0: Mash Process - Heating Water>Hold Strike Temp>Mash In>Sac Rest>Mashout>Hold Mashout>Ready for Sparge
Process1: Sparging Process - Lautering>Sparge w/Preheat>Ready for Boil
Process2: Boil Wort

Most of my transitions are controlled by temp targets, timers, float switches, or manual button. I'm trying to use state programming as much as possible with ladder logic running in the background with desired rungs being controlled by active registers asserted in a state. Everything is working like I want it, but the true test will be when I finish (I mean start) wiring my control panel.

I would love to take a look at your controller, but your log on info is not working. I've tried chrome and firefox. BTW, your user interface is pretty sweet! http://forum.embeddedcc.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=967
