Help Setting up Processes for BCS 460..PLEASE HELP

Hello,

I just received my control panel which includes a BCS-460, and 4 temperature probes. I am running two 5500w heating elements (Hot Liquor Tank, and Boil Kettle), and two pumps (these pumps will be run manually). I have the thermometer probes set up in my HLT, MLT, BK, and the wort out side of the counterflow chiller. I am looking to set up the BCS to bring my strike water up to temperature (will turn on element until water reaches temperature, then turns off. I am also looking to set it up to control the boil kettle element to keep my boil going for the required time. No process is needed for the Mash Tun, or Counterflow chiller, I just want to be able to monitor these temperatures. Please help me with setting this system up. I have read through the bcs programming info, and am still lost.
