Now the States
State 0: Draining the first runnings from the mash
State 1: Swapping hoses from the boil kettle, back to the HLT to pump sparge water in.
State 2: Adding Sparge water
State3: Swapping hoses back to the mash tun to start recirculation
State 4: Recirculation of the sparge water with a timer
State 5: Swapping the hoses from the recirculation to the boil kettle to do the final drain.
State 6: Draining the mash tun into the kettle
So that's lautering for me.
