Mash ramp & wait

Hi,

I have implemented mash step ramp and wait as separate states.

State 1 (ramp) sets output to PID @ 62C, exit condition is when Temp reaches 62C
State 2 (wait) sets output to PID @ 62C, exit condition is the timer reaching 0.

This works nicely, but it means I need to change a mash temperature in three places.

I was just wondering if there's a better approach to this?
