Thermo Test page in the BCS-460

Post by Bringbar76 »

I am trying to calibrate my thermo sensors and need the resistance values at differnt temps, but I cannot find the Thermo Test page in the BCS-460 (Firmware 4.0.0)

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Cheers,

The easiest way to do this is to use the web based utility built by forum user bbrally at http://bbrally.from-ca.com/

Tried, but it seems like the BCS needs to be connected to the open net. I have it only configured on the local network. Any way to work around this?

The BCS just needs to be on the same network as the computer you're visiting the web page from. When you plug in the URL to your BCS, the browser connects to your BCS. There's no connection between the server and your BCS.

I haven't actually used bbrally's tool in quite a while and I'm not currently on a network with a BCS to test, but did you include the http:// in the BCS url? That may be required for it to connect.
