Bruehol Brewing Fermentation control

Post by BREWMASON » Thu Aug 11, 2016 1:01 pm

I would like to share a view of our fermentation control system. The image in the BCS-460 reflects exactly what the plumbing and chiller lines look like. We are using a Perlick 4410 line chiller. Please feel free to ask any questions.

We are a brewery in planning. We will have direct fire so we won't need any brewhouse control, just cellar controll. Can you point me in a direction on setting the bcs up for controlling fermentation using a glycol line chiller? I saw your video with the 3bbl setup and that is exactly what I want to do but I don't know where to start.

Thanks,
Jason

Just PM'd you. I have construction pictures of the glycol loop but the BCS-460 COntrol panel is in the process of an upgrade. I used some switchtails before and now its time to add a touch screen, mini computer and din rail components.
