advice on my build/schematic
30Amp Panel Mounted GFI
3 - 20 gal kettles
HLT and BK both have 5500W heating elements
HERMS system with the heat exchange coils in the HLT
2 march pumps
1Keezer - cool
1Ferm Chamber - Heat/Cool
BCS 462 to maintain temps and on/off for pumps
At any given time, I need to run 1 element and 2 pumps (never running both elements at the same time) as well as ferm freezer and keezer
A panel with switches for manual/auto(BCS 462)/off for each element and both pumps as well as an e-switch
Remote box - Ferm (heat 5a, cool 5a), Keezer (cool 5a), Aux

Wiring Check BCS 462
Re: Wiring Check BCS 462
Figured probably easier if i posted my plans
Re: Wiring Check BCS 462
Looks sane to me, although you may want to consider fusing your entire L1 bus, and pull L1 off for your elements before the fuse. Lots of fuses floating around in there otherwise. Even with both pumps running, you'll be pulling less than 5A on your L1 bus all together. For the remote box, the 4 fuses makes sense to me. My relay board is rated to 10A/output though, so your 5A fusing there may be more restrictive than required.
Re: Wiring Check BCS 462
Thanks for the feedback. I have actually rethought this build and am switching the BCS to reside in the ferm control side. It seems to make more sense since that part always needs to be running as opposed to the brew side which would only get fired up on brew day.
